4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or broken product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please share your order ID, clear images, and unboxing video via our support channels.

  • Requests without proper proof will not be approved.

 


 

5. Return Approval & Resolution

  • Once the return request is verified and approved, we will provide a replacement at our discretion.
