  • During high-volume periods (sales, launches), processing time may be slightly extended.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • The estimated production time for custom orders is 7–14 business days, unless otherwise communicated.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers are subject to terms mentioned on the website.

 

ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

 

 

DELIVERY ISSUES

  • AnyaLook is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address details, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient may result in additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

 

 

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear images.

  • Lost shipments will be investigated with the courier partner before any resolution is provided.

 

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE

  • Shipping-related returns or exchanges are handled as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

  • Products with broken seals or signs of use are not eligible for return or exchange.
